Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon Job, North Cambridge

An additional Vet for a growing practice will take this independent Small Animal team up to 6 Vets. With a rota free from out of hours and with that ever important work:life balance it is easy to see why the team must grow. Clients and colleagues alike enjoy the friendly and well run practice and there is equipment enough for even the most experienced of Vets to be at home at the single site 1st opinion premises.

The Role

• This is a full time position to join a great team of 5 Vets
• The rota is 4.5 day week and 1:4 Saturday mornings
• You will have extensive support and be given a great amount of professional freedom to deliver a high quality service.
• Big purpose built practice with 4 x consult rooms, 2 x Nurse consult rooms, big prep room, large and modern theatre, dental theatre, separate cat and dog ward and Isolation ward
• Routine consults are 10 mins with freedom for longer consults where needed

Key Skills and Qualifications

• Someone who is enthusiastic and motivated, client communication and communication with the rest of the team is key
• Registered with the RCVS
• Eligibility to work in the UK with at least one year's UK experience
