Our client is a 3 site independent practice, who are looking for a full time vet to join their team based in idyllic Cornwall.

The practice have experience in supporting and developing new vets and can offer candidates a varied caseload, with support from a vet team who include certificate holders.

This is a full time role which will include weekends and out of hours on a 1:9 rota, allowing you to develop long term working relationships with clients and their pets.  You will not be required to be at the practice whilst you are on call but just attend calls when necessary and carry on inpatient checks.  The role will include working at the main site and a share of the rota covering the other two branch practices, carrying out consults only. 

The practice has an extensive range of modern equipment including laparoscopy/endoscopy, ultrasound, digital x-ray (including dental), diathermy and cutting edge anaesthetic monitors.  This role would encourage the nurturing and development of new techniques, as well as allowing the advancement of existing skills.

Salary is above average for a new graduate, CPD is actively encouraged and a generous CPD allowance is provided, with 34 days annual holiday and 5 days CPD.
