Job Details
Lovely large independent practice looking for capable first opinion vets to join 7 vets team who are located in County Durham.
They have 4 sites, but main hospital is in a wonderful old building which has been fully transformed into a state of the art veterinary hospital with seperate dog and cat wards, own lab, Xray, Gastroscope, Bronchoscope, Ultrasound etc. Based just around the corner is a new cat and exotic practice, with a stress free environment including a reptile ward too.
The team are experienced and have interests ranging from acupuncture through to orthopedics and include two vets undertaking post grad Certificates in surgery and exotics.
As they carry a wealth of experience between them, thye are able to support applications from vets who have recently graduated, however ideally they would need to have some capability to carry out basic routine surgery and be confident with consulting.
