University of Glasgow, School of Veterinary Medicine are looking to appoint a full time Lecturer where they will be a part of the team responsible for the design and delivery of Veterinary Public Health (VPH) teaching.

You will contribute to the delivery of an excellent student experience by delivering, organising and reviewing teaching, assessment and administration processes associated with undergraduate and postgraduate programmes including continuing professional development. You will also undertake scholarship to enhance learning and teaching and/or applied clinical research relevant to the field of veterinary public health.

The School has an international reputation in teaching, clinical services and research and is accredited by the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons (RCVS), the European Association of Establishments of Veterinary Education (EAEVE) and the American Veterinary Medical Association (AVMA).

You will hold a veterinary degree, have a comprehensive knowledge of veterinary public health as it relates to animal welfare and food safety, and have previous experience in a relevant veterinary clinical or veterinary public health role.
