An opportunity has arisen for a confident Veterinary Surgeon to join our dynamic team. We are a happy and growing small animal surgery with an expanding client base and a developing, varied case load. The practice is located in the city and metropolitan borough of South Yorkshire, with great transport links and within easy reach of the Peak District.  

Our Partner, Laura Pike, a 2008 University of Edinburgh graduate leads a supportive team of 2 other Vets, 2 Nurses, a Student Nurse, 3 Receptionists and a Practice Manager. There are development opportunities available to the right candidate, including the potential to complete a certificate.

The bright,air-conditioned surgery is purpose built to industry leading standards and hasstate of the art equipment including dedicated operating theatre, digitalX-ray/in-house laboratory/ultrasound and dentistry facilities.

Person Specification

We are looking for someone who can work a full 40 hour week with 1 in 3 full weekends on a rotabasis but no OOH!

You will be confident in routine surgery with the excellent consultation skills necessary to build lasting client relationships. If you have a specialism that is even better. Sole charge will be required (usually at weekends).
