Job Details
I am currently working alongside a well respected Vet practice that is looking to recruit an experienced Vet Surgeon in order to replace a retiring clinician. This mixed first opinion practice will give you an opportunity to have a varied caseload as you work with a large client base and also have the chance to work in conjunction with the local blue cross centre. In addition to their main clinic in Crediton the practice also has a very successful branch clinic and mobile practice meaning you will be serving the community and the animals that need you most.
The ideal candidate:
Ideally you will have a few years clinical experience working as a mixed vet however, if you are a new graduate who is keen to learn and have some good practical experience you may be considered too. You will need good interpersonal skills as you will be joining a team of 16 and also you will be liaising with clients on a daily basis as continuity of care is something that is highly valued at this practice.
The role:
This is a full time role working 5 days a week 8:30 – 6:00. There will be one night on call a week with an afternoon off in lieu with 1 in 4 first call weekends.
The salary for this role is negotiable and the final package will be decided based on your level of clinical experience.
