Department of Veterinary Medicine, West Cambridge Site

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an equine ambulatory vet to join our team at Cambridge Equine Hospital as part of Cambridge Veterinary School. Applications are invited for an enthusiastic and ambitious equine clinical vet to work in our first opinion equine practice from 1 April 2019 or as soon as possible thereafter. You will be part of a small, upbeat and supportive team, playing a crucial role in the continued expansion of the ambulatory practice to provide high-calibre exclusively equine services. Your role will include the practical teaching of clinical veterinary students for a proportion of the year. The ambulatory practitioners are supported by hospital based specialists and a strong team of support staff.

You must be a member of the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons, and have experience in equine practice. An RCVS Certificate or Cert-AVP is desirable.
