Business & HR Manager For Independent Veterinary Group

Our client are looking for a Business and HR manager for their independently owned Veterinary group in Hampshire.

In this role you will be working closely with the Directors and key management personnel, focusing on business/market development and HR management. 

The practice are a RCVS accredited Small Animal Hospital, and Equine clinic with 65+ staff, located in the New Forest, Hampshire.

Ideal candidates should have:
•    Experience within the veterinary industry
•    HR and marketing experience
•    Strong business and customer service acumen
•    Excellent communication, digital media and administrative skills 
•    The focus, drive and passion to empower the teams within the practice
