I am currently working with a lovely independent small animal practice who are renowned for providing an excellent standard of healthcare to all pet animals - they have 3 practices all ideally located in the Devon area. They have recently refurbished the main branch with all up to date and modern facilities such as - endoscopes, ultrasound, digital x ray and a K laser in house lab.
This is completely the best job in the area - I can say first hand this practice is an ideal place to work. Why spend all those years studying to work in somewhere that's second best?
THE ROLE:
This is a full-time role where you will be required to work a 4-day working week with a 1:6 weekend rota with out of hours bonus - ALTHOUGH THERE WILL BE NO OOH FROM MAY 2019!!
THE CANDIDATE:
They are a busy practice so need someone confident with at least 12 months experience. Someone who is enthusiastic and passionate about high standard veterinary care. Someone who can offer excellent support to the rest of the practice and work well in the already lovely team!
BENEFITS:
Salary starting at £40k dependant on experience (up for discussion, OOH bonus, mileage paid. 5 weeks holiday plus bank holidays. CPD encouraged and fully supported. Certificates also fully funded. CPD £1000 +VAT pay for all memberships RCVS BSAVA VDS etc. There is a company pension scheme available for employees who have been with there for 6 months or more.
