Regional Director Wanted In South West London
Liberty Vets Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Regional Director for the South West London Region.
About the position:
·Seeking an experienced Veterinary Surgeon with extensive clinical experience and a strong background in managing teams.
·Full Time position
·Some weekends will be required for this position
·You will be working closely with senior partners, leading and managing the clinical teams in the region to help deliver outstanding care and service.
·You will be ensuring that relationships are kept strong between branches and central management within the group.
·This position has become available due to company expansion

·Solid clinical and management background in private small animal practice, and has a strong grasp of the commercial requirements of successful practice

With experience of:
·Managing multiple veterinary clinics/practices
·Proven ability to mentor/ lead a team of Veterinarians
·Recruiting, managing and producing performance reviews for veterinary surgeons
·Proven ability to drive revenue growth in practice/s
