The following rates apply for advertising in The Veterinary Record:

BVA members:
Simple lineage adverts:		£1.10 per word	(minimum 25 words)
Semi-display/boxed adverts across	one column:	£23.30 per cm in height	(minimum 3 cm high)
	two columns:	£46.60 per cm in height	(minimum 3 cm high)
	three columns:	£69.90 per cm in height	(minimum 3 cm high)
	four columns:	£93.20 per cm in height	(minimum 3 cm high)
To have a colour logo or border:		£50 extra	(BVA members only)
To have a full colour advert		£682.50 extra

Non-members:
Simple lineage adverts:		£1.20 per word	(minimum 25 words)
Semi-display/boxed adverts across	one column:	£26.25 per cm in height	(minimum 3 cm high)
	two columns:	£52.50 per cm in height	(minimum 3 cm high)
	three columns:	£78.75 per cm in height	(minimum 3 cm high)
	four columns:	£105.00 per cm in height	(minimum 3 cm high)
To have one additional colour:		£231.00 extra
To have a full colour advert		£682.50 extra

Points to note:

Lineage minimum 25 words with a maximum of 150 words
Semi-display/boxed minimum size 3 cm
All rates quoted exclude VAT at the standard rate
Recognised agency commission 10%
Your advert will appear online for each week it appears in The Veterinary Record

BVA members booking advertisements to run for three weeks will receive a fourth week’s insertion at no extra cost.

Advertisements on this website are those currently appearing in the printed version of The Veterinary Record, which is sent to 10,000 BVA members and subscribers each week. The site is updated each Saturday to coincide with publication of the printed journal.
