Job Details
State of the art, independent, first opinion and referral practice based on the London/ Essex Border seeking a Small Animal Medicine Cert Holder to join their team.
''A friendly and compassionate practice that always provide gold standard care - simply the best'' According to many, many, many local pets in the Essex area. Obviously expressed by their owners but a wagging tail and a purr simply just translates to that!
They are looking for a motivated, experienced and enthusiastic Veterinary Surgeon (SAM Certificate Holder or working towards), who would be predominantly based at their hospital that also deals with referrals.
Their branch clinics are well equipped with digital X-Ray, ultrasound etc. Their main, RCVS accredited hospital has an excellent 24hr nursing team, in house MRI, CT, Radioiodine Unit and other Certificate holders.
The role:
A 4 day week, from 8am - 7pm, usually with one early finish at 4.30pm, 4/5 nights on call in a 7 week rota, 2 Saturday mornings in 7 weeks (8am-12pm) and around 4 weekends on call in year.
The Candidate:
My client is seeking a Certificate Holder in Small Animal Medicine or a candidate working towards the certificate.
Experienced all rounder to lead and grow the current service which takes referrals from local practices in addition to a busy and varied in house case load.
The Best Bit:
Salary: Up to £50,000 - £55,000 dependant on experience
