Ilford Vets4Pets is based at the busy Newbury Park retail site and has easy access to the M25 and transport links into central London. The practice sees a wide variety of small animal cases and has state of the
art equipment including ultrasound, digital X-ray and full idexx suite and separate dog and cat wards and waiting areas.

You will be joining an expanding and energized team of 2 vets, 1 head nurse, 1 RVN, 1 student nurse and 1 veterinary care assistant. Cheryl has a keen interest in all aspects of veterinary medicine but a particular leaning towards surgery and has recently completed her surgical certificate. There is a generous CPD allowance and certificate funding available so if you have an area of particular interest, this may be the practice for you!

Ideally, you will be confident with all routine medical and surgical cases however Cheryl and Nick are also able to consider applications from less experienced vets and provide support as required. Regardless of your level of experience, you must be a strong and empathetic communicator and enjoy building relationships with patients and clients.

Full or part time hours are available with a weekend rota of 1 in 3 and some sole charge responsibility (with support from Cheryl if required) but no OOHs.
