An exciting new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join our friendly team here at Yoredale Vets, working across our four branches in the Yorkshire Dales.

Our practice is well-equipped with digital x-rays, in-house laboratories, large and small animal ultrasounds and more. Full support provided on a quiet OOH rota which we share with our neighbouring practice, with a sensible work load and a half-day off per week allowing time to enjoy the area. You'll be working in a varied environment which provides different daily challenges, alongside skilled clinical colleagues who are committed to giving clients and their animals an outstanding veterinary service in a professional and caring manner. The Yorkshire Dales is a stunning, scenic part of the UK with many local amenities.

This role will be primarily small animal and equine, and an interest in equine work is essential to further develop this side of the practice. We will also consider a part-time position and/or a job share for the right candidates.

The ideal candidate must be personable, with good communication skills, excellent organisational skills and the ability to work well in a team.
