Applications are invited from clinical or science-related educationalists for a Senior Lectureship within the LIVE Centre at the Royal Veterinary College.
The successful applicant will be expected to contribute to professional educator development of all categories of RVC staff. The position also involves lecturing and facilitating a variety of small group activities within the College’s family of veterinary and science education courses, and support, through teaching and research activities, of broader and more meaningful professional learning experiences for RVC students in diverse working environments. Active involvement in research, focused on learning and education, particularly professional skills development in veterinary science and related disciplines (veterinary nursing and bioveterinary/biological sciences), using a range of investigative approaches, including qualitative methods, will be expected.
We are looking for candidates with a good first degree and ideally a professional qualification in veterinary medicine, veterinary nursing, another clinical/health-related discipline or a higher degree in science education.
