Veterinary Surgeon - Surgical

A very exciting opportunity has arisen for a Veterinary Surgeon to join our brand new Medivet hospital in Camberwell, London.

We are seeking an experienced vet with a surgical interest and ideally 5+ years qualified.

The successful candidate will be an exceptional communicator and a great team player. You will have enthusiasm for offering a great referral service to the surrounding practices, playing a crucial part within the team and adding to our continued success!

About the practice;

Our new purpose-built hospital is only a couple of years old, providing a fantastic modern space to work in with all the gadgets you could need!

Camberwell is a bright and spacious, excellently equipped clinic with CT scanner, ultrasound, lap spay kit, digital x-ray and more. The hospital has an exciting mix of cases, currently seeing first opinion cases and referrals from surrounding clinics.

This clinic has a friendly and growing team of vets, nurses and support staff who will welcome our successful candidate with alacrity!

Camberwell is a vibrant part of London with easy access to all that our capital has to offer! The practice is located between Loughborough Junction and Denmark Hill stations, with plenty of bus links as well.

This role works to our 4-day rota with1/3 Saturdays or 1/6 full weekends - 9am-7pm. Fair share of OOH to support our wonderful night team!

We offer competitive salary with accommodation or £12k housing allowance, vehicle or £2.5k allowance, £1.5k CPD allowance and 2 days CPD leave, RCVS, VDS and BVA memberships. 17.5 days annual leave entitlement.
