Veterinary Surgeon – Full Time

We have an exciting opportunity for a confident Veterinary Surgeon to join our friendly team at Salford Companion Care!

Based within a busy Pets at Home store on the Regents Retail Park, the practice is well established with a great caseload mix and flow of potential new clients.

The bright, air-conditioned surgery is purpose built to industry leading standards and has state of the art equipment including x-ray, ultrasound, haematology, BP, ECG, operating theatre and in-house lab. By joining us, you’ll become part of a progressive surgery dedicated to providing the highest standards of care to clients and their pets.

We’re looking for an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join the team on a full time basis, working 40 hours per week with a weekend rota but no out of hours.

The ideal candidate will have good general small animal surgical and diagnostic skills along with a desire to explore and complete full work up on cases. The practice provides full support and encouragement and allows clinical freedom for continued personal growth and development. We have a very generous CPD offering which we encourage and support our colleagues to undertake, including long term courses. We are looking for someone confident, friendly and enthusiastic with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
