An excellent opportunity is available for a farm animal vet to develop their expertise in both herd health and individual animal medicine and surgery, whilst training for a postgraduate qualification. You will be based in our farm practice (Leahurst Campus, Wirral) where you will have support and guidance from diploma holders and RCVS specialists.
You should be MRCVS (or eligible for membership) and have a passion for farm animal veterinary work. Generous study time is provided, allowing you to achieve postgraduate qualifications relevant to progressing your career in livestock health (e.g. DBR, ECBHM, MSc).
The post is available for 3 years from 18 February 2019.
